Timesheets fill themselves
Hours land on the right project from the apps and sites people use. Friday's timesheet is ready before anyone asks.
Your team presses Start Work. WorKudos fills in the timesheets, counts the time AI agents work for you, and shows every person the same numbers their manager sees.

No more chasing timesheets, guessing budgets or arguing about hours.

Step away while Claude Code or Codex works, and those minutes still count. Working smart isn't punished.
Every number a manager sees, the person saw first. No hidden scores.
No messages, passwords or full web addresses. Not even admins see them: they're never recorded.
A heads-up at 80% of a project's hours, while there's still time to act.
Start Work, breaks and meetings in one tap. Offline? It keeps recording and catches up later.

Time finds its project three ways: picked in the app, a company rule (this client's site means this project), or a two-click fix. That's the whole timesheet.
Day review
2 h 10 min of 3 h 20 min on projects
Every project's hours show where they came from and which apps were used. The person sees it first, so approval takes seconds and nobody feels accused.

Five good habits make each day's star: start on time, focus, take a break, do a full day, and end it yourself. Teammates cheer each other's wins with one-tap kudos and fill a team sky together. Praise for healthy days, not long ones.
Your company chooses whether to use Kudos. Stars decide nothing about anyone.

Everyone agrees to a plain notice before anything is recorded, and sees all of their own data.
Screenshots and Kudos are your company's choice, and are named in the notice everyone reads first. Screenshots never show chats or password managers, and are deleted after 30 days. Read the privacy policy
A few minutes. Projects, rules and approvals can come later.
Your work email and a password.
Each person gets an email. That's it.
Everyone downloads the app, agrees, and presses Start.
Owners ask about projects and money; employees ask about privacy.
Nothing anyone types is ever recorded: no keystrokes, passwords or messages. Screenshots are the owner's choice and can be turned off; when they're on, they're only taken while someone works at the computer, chats and password managers are always made unreadable in them, and everyone sees their own and can delete a few as personal.
Each minute of work gets its project from, in order: the person's own change on their timesheet, approved time away with a project, the project picked in the desktop app, or a company rule (an app or website that counts for a project). Most of the week fills in by itself; the rest takes a few clicks.
Common ones don't count. Only a person's own input counts: a key, a click, a scroll, a touch, or a hand moving the mouse. The app tells a hand's movement from a machine's on the computer (a hand speeds up and slows down, and never moves the same way twice; a USB mouse-mover or a mouse on a turntable moves evenly, repeats itself, or keeps a fixed beat), without keeping where the pointer was. Input a program makes, such as a mouse-mover app, an auto-clicker or a script pressing keys, is marked by the computer (Windows or macOS) and doesn't count either. Pointer movement alone counts for at most 15 minutes after the last key, click or scroll. That time is Inactive, like an untouched computer; when it clearly came from a machine or from the pointer alone, the person's day says why. If it was real work, the person says so and their manager decides. No software on the computer can catch every gadget: one built to press real keys at random times can still pass.
When someone hands work to a known AI agent program (like Claude Code or Codex) and pauses, part of the pause counts as work while the agent keeps working: 20 minutes by default, at most 2 hours a day, only if the agent was working when the pause began. It never counts on breaks or in meetings, never earns a piece of the Kudos star, and shows as "AI agent working" on every report.
No. We see which AI tool was used and for how long, by app and website name only. Never prompts, answers, files or command lines.
Everyone sees all of their own data. Managers see their own team; the owner sees the whole company. Money (rates, amounts, seat costs) is only for the owner and managers. Nobody is ranked by AI use.
No. Kudos gives each work day a star made of five good habits: starting on time, focus, a break, a full day, and ending the day yourself. Only wins (a full star or a new sticker) are shared with the team, who can cheer them with one-tap kudos; missing pieces, hours and apps never show in Kudos. A weekly board is only for people who choose to join it, and nobody on it sees who is last. Stars decide nothing about anyone, and the owner can turn Kudos off.
The desktop app runs on Windows 10 and 11, and on Macs with Apple silicon (M1 or newer) and macOS 14 or newer, on company or personal computers. The dashboard works in any browser, on phones and tablets too.
The app keeps its records on the computer and sends them when it's back online; nothing is lost. If a week was already approved, it's marked "changed after approval" so a manager can reopen it.
It's built the way these laws ask: a plain notice everyone reads and agrees to before anything is recorded, only what work needs, everyone seeing all of their own data, and a way to ask for corrections. Your company chooses how long data is kept. You're still responsible for using it lawfully where your people work, so please check with your adviser; our privacy policy explains our part.
A few minutes: create your company, invite people by email, and they install the desktop app (Windows or Mac) and press Start Work. Projects, rules and approvals are optional and can be added any time.
WorKudos is made and run by Maurya Patel, in India, as an individual (not a company yet). Write to support@workudos.com for help with the app, privacy@workudos.com about privacy, and hello@workudos.com about anything else. A person reads every email and answers within 24 hours.
Set up in minutes. By Friday, this week's timesheets have filled themselves in.
